Under the New Food Hygiene Regulations that came into force in January 2006 there is now a requirement to undertake a formal HACCP on your food processes.

 

Formal HACCP:

 

Cornelius (H&S) Consultants can undertake a formal HACCP of your food processes, identifying the Food processes you undertake producing food process flow charts, identification of Critical Control Points, provide relevant forms for monitoring performance.

 

Food Safety Audit:

 

Cornelius (H&S) Consultants can carry out a Food Safety Audit to review your premises and food safety practices to identify any defects and provide a plan of action.

 

Basic Food Hygiene Training:

 

Arrangements can also be made to carry out Basic Food Hygiene Training (Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene) for clients on their sites.
