Risk Assessments
Every employer has a statutory duty under the Management of Health and Safety At Work Regulations to undertake suitable and sufficient risk assessments within the workplace and reduce the risks to the lowest level practicable. Where there are more than 5 employees then these assessments have to be recorded.
Cornelius (H&S) Consultants can undertake risk assessments on your behalf. This will normally involve an onsite visit to identify hazards relevant to your organisation, evaluate the risks, report the findings and provide recommendations for solutions where appropriate.

In addition to the above regulation there are in addition specific regulations that require specific assessments to be undertaken. These include the following,
The Display Screen Equipment Regulations (DSE Assessments),

the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH),
the Personal Protective Equipment Regulations, (PPE)
the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations, (PUWER)
the Work at Height Regulations.
the Fire Safety Order (Fire Risk Assessments)
Cornelius (H&S) Consultants can undertake these assessments to meet the requirements under these regulations and can carry out any other assessments as required.
